MY APPROACH

I collaborate with you to decrease the emotional angst you are experiencing. Stories told to us about us by others can inform our lives in ways that are damaging to our experience of the world. Seeing ourselves as a singular adjective can limit the possibilities for our lives. These narratives that may have worked for us in the past (or perhaps they have never worked) can be adjusted to create an opening for our present. We can work together to see the multifaceted being you are.
